R & R (rest and recreation)

The holidays, dont we all love them. Easter, Christmas and other public hoidays (including bank holidays) included. I love spending my holidays sleeping in late, eating breakfast at 2 o'clock in the afternoon then going out and have fun like there is no tomorrow. Sooner or later reality hits. this 24 hrs of freedom will come to an end and you will have to restart your day to day lives, looking forward and counting down to the next vacum of freedom.
Lets face it this sort of expectation and anticipation is what gets the human race though the days.

The holidays are great. So tell me would you be able to live with out holidays and do you think there should be more public holidays?

How was your 2008?

Here we are, in 2009. i cant do anything but think about how my 2008 has been. there have been highs and lows like there always are. my high points have been really high and my low points have not been that low. Now i am looking forward to my 2009, I feel very optimistic about the future.

so i want to know how has your 2008 been and what are you looking forward to in 2009?.

School. does it really help you follow your dreams?

hi. i have been attending school for as long as i can remeber. for as long as i can remember my mum and dad have said to me ' study hard, get good grades in school and get a good job and be succsesful'. But in the last few days my eyse have opened... a lot. i realised that school doesnt allow you to follow your dream. It pressures you with tests and deadlines. I have seen freinds break down and crumble because they did not pas a test. As much as school is meant to help i think its doing the opposite. It is robbing people of dreams and creativity, its brain washing. It makes people play it safe and never take a risk. let me ask you this where would mankind be without taking risks? what would have happened if the caveman never came out of the cave? The few who break the norm follow their dream and make it a reallity. i my eyes those poeple are the people who have made something of them selves, they are truley succsesful. thanks for reading
